Add/Update a Student Health Condition
Vallivue Health Services is vested in your child’s health and safety. Please add or update medical conditions in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If your child has a medical condition that needs immediate attention, please call the school office.
If you suspect your child’s health condition is a disability that could substantially limit learning or another major life activity as defined by Section 504 of the ADA, you may request a meeting with the school to consider evaluation for additional services or accommodations. Please contact the school nurse or counselor to request this evaluation.
